No internet access

I've been without internet access for 4 days now. I call mweb technical support and hold on the line for 20 minutes. Only for a technician to tell me switch the router on and off etc. Useless exercise that clueless technicians use.

Mweb is by far the worst internet service provider ever.

This has been reoccurring with no success.
