No internet access

After having paid our account every month via a debt order the internet was deactivated due to "system error" on the account side where payments were not allocated to the correct account. After finally figuring out the issue they wanted to charge us a "reactivation fee" to sort out the matter. We had no problems with them prior to this, however if this is how they treat their customers I will never recommend them to anyone.
