No Internet 🤔

It's been a full week now without internet and I called them on Friday 17/06/2022. The consultant I spoke to said they would send out a technician to fix the issue - this is after he tried blaming the issue I had on gardening service which I haven't had in weeks - when I said this he said maybe my child did something and when he realised he wasn't winning he said 4 other houses have an outage. I had to make another call on Sunday and this time the it issue was logged but still no technician has been to my house. I'm spending money on data everyday and airtime to call them and nothing a week later. Useless at this point.
