.no internet

We are without internet since about 3pm on 23/08/2023. Numerous of calls to mweb no courtesy call back from a manager or technician or sms to alert their customers of the fault.

Service is pathetic. I’ve been told I will not be compensated for the days we’ve not used the service.

Help is need desperately
