No internet

This is nonsense, my fiber internet has been down since 14:00.I called MWeb tech supp and they said there is an outage. For crying out loud sake. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible I have lost my deadlines with important clients this unacceptable coming from services we pay monthly without issues.
