No installation !!! But billed for months and handed over to the attorney

I’ve been handed over to attorneys for an account that was never even activated!

Months ago, I app**** for WiFi through Mweb, paid the application fee, and waited for installation. The router was never delivered, no technician ever arrived, and the service was never activated.

Despite sending multiple emails requesting cancellation, I received no response. Your phone lines are impossible to get through, and now I’m being harassed by attorneys for payment on a service I never received.

This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I resorted to using another service provider who actually followed through.

Sort this out immediately. I will not be liable for charges on a service that was never installed, activated, or used.
