No installation after payment !

Experience is horrible , I am still waiting for installation to take place . The sms that one receives after payment says that installation will take place within 5 days. I have been waiting for more than 10 days for installation to take place . I am suppose to be working from home thus I places this order , unfortunately I cannot go back to employer and say “ guess what .. Mweb is beyond as I am still waiting for installation “
