No Installation

I Paid For The Installation On The 24th Of December 2024. The Agent Wrote The Wrong Address, As A Result, They Reactivated Someone's WiFI And Never Came For My Installation. To Top It Off, On The 2nd Of January They Were Debiting Money From Account, For WiFi I Never Used.

The Call Centre Agents Never Assist, You Hold For 30 Minutes Only For Them To Lie To You. Today Is The 9th Of January 2025, Still No Installation. I Had The Worst Experience With MWEB.

I Called And Asked For A Refund, I Wonder If I'll Get My Refund.
