NO help while I get billed

I'm highly highly disappointed on the lack of service that this company provides. My fiber internet connection has been disconnected for no reason. I tried their chat function after sting online for more than 30 minutes it disconnects. I called the customer careline the call gets disconnected while they do numerous verifications. Eventually when I speak to a call canter agent, he Dropps the LINE!!!!!! I'm highly frustrated the whole morning I'm trying to get hold of these people.
