No help from Mweb and Zoom

I am once again highly disappointed in the service of mweb and Zoom! I called Mweb on the 27/11/2024 to advise that I was affected by the tornado and my line is broken, I was advised it is escalated. I followed up on 3/12/2024 again it has been escalated, to date no one has contacted me.I keep calling, send an enquiry on the app but I receive no service? i work from at home and urgently need the wifi and i did advise the agents
