NO HELP FROM MWeb.

I am having nothing but hassles with Mweb. They send me an sms stating that I am behind with my payments and that they are going to cut my service, yet the Billing indicates that I owe nothing. I cannot find any Agent/Consultants to assist me to discuss the matter. They have all my Banking details on their files. Why are they not debiting me ??? I am frankly disappointed with Mweb and am now considering cancelling my Account and finding a cheaper ISP. Account No. ***8 .
