NO HELP

I have moved from 1 provider to MWEB starting the 1st of May. 2023. I have been trying to get through to their billing department and are cut off every time. I tried through there sales but when I get transferred I get cut off again. The amount I am charged is way more than the original amount the sales person discussed with me
