NO GOOD

Called Help center on *** this morning and was told for 58 minutes that I was 1st line line, BUT no-one answered. Called again after about 2 hours and once again was told that I was 1st in line for another 37 minutes. I called for the third time and are still holding on after 1 hour and 6 minutes. Again listing to the voice telling me that I am first in line and "sorry about the wait" I reported this via email to *** at 14h36 with this reply "We will respond to your request within 24-48 business hours. For quick and efficient tracking of your query, please include your reference number in all subsequent communication with us." No idea if M-Web is actually still in operation except for the fact that they still have access to take money from my bank account - BUT no support when you need it!!!!!
