No Free Router

I became a Mweb customer almost 20 years ago. ( The original contract was with a company taken over by Mweb.) I never received a router from Mweb. When contacting their sales dept. I was told that I cannot get a free router. Mweb is quite happy to supply a new customer with a free router and he is only required to keep the contract for 2 years. Here I am a loyal customer for 20 years (who never received a router from Mweb) gets told hard luck go and buy a router as the rules state that old customers cannot get one free!!<br> I am reluctant to cancel my contract, overall I have been happy at Mweb but, competitors are quite willing to supply me with a free router.<br> My details are: R.
