No Fibre Technicians - poor service

I wish had seen all the bad reviews below before doing business with these guys.

Everything that everyone is saying below is true. They are quick to sign you up and then don’t deliver the service at all.

As important as internet is in our lives this unacceptable conduct from MWeb and Vumatel.

The lady Shafeequa February was quick to sign me up, but now it’s will take a week for fibre technicians to come to my apartment to fix whatever issue is going on

I have already lodged a complaint with ICASA and ISPA about this terrible company. I would implore everyone to lodge complaints about them.
