NO FIBRE SIGNAL AND NO CONTACT FROM MWEB SINCE 6TH DEC

mweb help service is absolutely useless, they dont answer the phone, respond to logged tech queries and generally make it as difficult as they can to make contact with them. I have been without a fibre signal since the 6th Dec.
