No Fibre, No Service, No Response

Dealing with Mweb and vumatel are like dealing with telekom of old. I regret trying to get my fibre with them.

I requested fibre 19/01/2021. apparently even though fibre was in my area, it was not in my complex.

Fast forward 02/04/2021 fibre is finally installed, but Vumatel does not send mweb an activation.

Trying to get hold of either vumatel or mweb is nearly impossible as you wait forever to speak to someone and everyone "follows up" on their system but no one provides feedback to me the client.

If I can cancel this fibre I will, but they put you in all these cancelations costs for a service they dont provide. Appalling is an understatement.
