No fibre but happy to take our money

Don’t sign up with mweb. Sadly another service provider who is happy to debit your account when your service isn’t even up and running. Apparently our service is active - without an ONT fibre box I have no idea how this is possible?? I call the call centre every day and get told every day it’s been escalated - a month now and not one call back from them and we still have no fibre?
