No Fibre

I have a subscription for Fibre from Mweb.. 50% of the month the fibre is offline.. Currently today i woke up without Fibre.. Its Vuma that is connected.. I pay R399 for a service i hardly get.. I have smart tv that connects with internet.. And working from home i need to Hotspot my pc so that it can connect to internet... Bad service at its best

They don't even say we give u a month free subscription as since june the Fibre has been on and off and they are not bothered I reside in Phiri Soweto
