No feedback on order

Im having endless trouble getting through on their phone line. Verifying my acxount nr, ID number or even cellphone nr just keeps returning me to the main menu. Using their app is even worse!

I placed an Fibre order 7 Sept 2022 X***, was informed that this location was held by another ISP provider. Cancelled with said privider and niw I cant get Mweb to give me an update on whether they are proceeding with my order or not! Seriously, if you dont want my business just say so! I will gladly contact another provider!
