NO FEEDBACK!!!

It's day 11 now and I have not received feedback from Mweb regarding my connection issue. Nuraan (manager of Tech support) promised to contact me as soon as she has an update regarding my query and to date no feedback. now they say my sim is damaged and I have to wait another 3 days to get a sim.
