No feedback

I Have been waiting without any feedback for over a week now. Just for activation of my fiber line. my fiber line was installed ages ago by previous tenants. after "3 to 5 working days" when I called tech support, after waiting a ridiculous time, I was informed that the work form was not issued and I have to wait another 3 to 5 days. I've been requesting feedback for th paste 4 days now, nothing!!!! not even on Facebook. Utterly ridiculous!!! less than 1 star if I could.
