NO ETHICS! NO CUSTOMER CENTRICITY! STAY FAAAAAAAAAAR AWAY!!!!!!!

With less than a month into my contract I got slapped with a 12% increase on my premium. The most frustrating was the lack of empathy and nonchalant attitude from the consultant who.......eventually........ took my call. When I indicated that I want to cancel my contract, she was well-versed in the "traps" within their Ts&Cs which hampers me to do so!!! Uncapped, unthrottled, ALL LIES. YOU WILL BE BUFFERING!! Even if I have to pay my way out - GOOD RIDDANCE... I TOTALLY REGRET ever considering these cons. MWEB DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
