NO emails accepted

I wanted to send an email to Mweb. This way you atleast can prove what you have said and when. Otherwise, only they have a recording. Well guess what? Mweb do not have email support, you can only phone them. So in future Mweb, when you want to advise me of price increases or when I've reached 50% of my usage please phone me, otherwise I will consider that I have NOT received the communication.
