No effort at all from such a big company
I app**** for a line with MWEB and Openserve on 02 May 2026. On 04 May 2026 a man from Openserve came to connect from the pole to my house however it did not work due to an issue which him and I have since escalated with Openserve. I have tried to discuss the matter with MWEB but there is absolutely zero interest from MWEB to put pressure on Openserve to get this done after 22 days. Every time I call or send a message on their facebook contact I get an empty apology with basically a "well hopefully soon it will be done but we can't do anything". The service so far has been not even subpar but 0. At this point I wonder if the better option is not just to cancel.

26 May 2026, 14:43Hi Bartosz, Thank you for sharing your experience. Waiting this long after installation attempts began, especially after the line was physically connected but left unresolved due to a technical issue, is understandably frustrating. The matter remains active with the Openserve team, and ongoing engagement is taking place directly with Openserve to push for progress and resolution on the outstanding line issue. While the infrastructure work itself is managed by Openserve, the order has not been left unattended, and follow-ups are continuing from the Mweb side to obtain movement and updated feedback. The Openserve team is actively working on this with Openserve and will provide further feedback as soon as confirmed updates become available regarding the repair and activation process. Kind regards,
The Mweb Team
