No delivery / Lies / No Idea whats going on with Fiber

I have app**** for fiber on the 4th of September 2018. To date , I am waiting for someone to contact me with installation. Calling MWEB is a waste of time, I have been sent from pillar to post with no outcome. Call center agents keep telling me they will call me back, that never happens. Stop lying and trying to market fiber when you guys dont even know what is going on with your Fiber Provider.

I have been a loyal customer of MWEB, get some competent to call me so I can cancel all my products .
