No delivery for fibre internet for 2 months now!

I have been a loyal Mweb for a few years. In November 2017, I decided to change from ADSL to fibre internet. I got a quotation from another service provider for this. I called Mweb to cancel my contract with them but they offered to better the offer that I had received. It's now February 2018 and they still have not installed their fibre. I have called them numerous times and they keep telling me that they have a backlog. This is as unbelievable as it is frustrating. They have deducted money from me for this but they haven't delivered. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional!
