NO DATA for Telkom LTE 10GB + 10GB Night Time Data R59.00 pm

I have not had any bad experiences with MWEB as of yet, and now the day has finally come!! We have been struggling to get our new Telkom LTE 10GB + 10GB Night Time Data FOR R59.00 pm The simcard doesn't even register a network on either mobile device or PC. We contacted telkom and said the sim isn't registered on their system. Contacting MWEB no one seems to understand our predicament... ITS BEEN THREE WEEKS NOW!!! The ups works but the internet doesn't!
