No customer service, Zero rating!!!

This is by far the worst service ever!!! I received two routers at my property instead of one and no technician was sent out to do the installation. My account has been debited twice already and still no service. Their call center agents are also not helpful; I am constantly being transferred to every department and hold times are longer than 1 hour each. Regretting ever contacting this company for assistance !!! I feel ****med .
