No customer service whatsoever

Do not use this company. They have no service at all. I phoned them to cancel my LTE and everytime they tell me a different story and they take me from pillar to post. They do not know what they are doing. They are still billing me for something that I am not using. I would give them a fraction of the 1 star if I could.
