No customer service / support on fiber product and MWeb app

Unable to resolve a fiber problem ,no response on there App even if a outages was reported . call center waiting time over 30min No follow up if problem have been resolved. even though the problem is 3rd party no effort or follow up from them to open serv after numerous calls and 20days later time to cancel as this problem will not get resolved as there is no urgency or customer service/support
