No customer service or support from Mweb for internet down

If I had the option to rate zero stars I would. Nothing but the word pathetic comes to mind regarding Mweb internet services. Mr Manelisa Mavuso, MD of Mweb, how can you be proud to carry that title for a useless company and staff. My internet has been down for four days now, to no avail do I get any solutions or answers from your technical support staff when my calls eventually get answered. Numerous times I had to hold for more that an hour, just to have the call dropped on me. Do you wait for my monthly payment? No you do not, so why do I have to wait to get the service I pay for. I have two children writing exams at the moment and to have internet is crucial for them to study. Are you going to speak to the schools when marks are not what they have to be, due to the fact that they cannot access the internet? Be very sure that I am looking for another internet supplier which are more efficient and trustworthy, and value their customers. After all, it is the customers who pay your salary. Have you seen the social media pages lately? Everybody is complaining about the lack of service from Mweb. Your company are as use full as some government departments in this country (Nil and zero)
