No customer service or care 😫

I'm actually writing this review in a great disbelief of how I was treated by your team from day 1 I placed an order for my Fibre. Today was the worst day after talking to one of your Agents OVAYO who was very rude and arrogant, she even told me how she will never listen to me and decided to cut the call and send me to a survey. This actually shows me on how your service is beyond bad because your agents they know exactly that they will get away with their behavior. I have been wondering why you not bothered to respond to your Hello Peter complaints. All I want is you guys to cancel my subscription and come collect your router, I will go look somewhere, where I will be valued and treated with respect as a customer. This is not what I will tolerate I'm not desperate to have a connection with your ****ty company
