No Customer Service email
Absolutely no customer service by email or other channels except a 087 number. Pathetic.

02 Sept 2021, 16:39IMPORTANT email not coming through. After a week of waiting, I gave my Gmail address . MWEB NEEDS TO BE HEAVILY FINED as important communications are not delivered.... what about comms that we are not aware of that was sent !
