No Customer Service

I have been trying to get hold of Mweb to upgrade my router that is outdated now several years. They dont answer live chat, facebook and when I manage to get through since 8am (its now 1pm), they keep cutting me off. What are you hiding from Mweb. Why dont you take our calls or answer our queries. I cant believe it is 2026 and a business still dont have customer services.
