Mweb's customer service is nonexistent. I logged an initial query 25 days ago and have not received any response even though i have sent follow up replies.

16 Jan 2025, 16:21They can't even get the cancellation process correct. No one has answers. I have made more than 10 calls and many more chats on the app and still no proper answer.
