No customer service at Mweb

It is hugely frustrating to get help from Mweb's call centre as the process to talk to a person is made extremely difficult with verification after verification and then to top it off an OTP sent to your phone for you to verify again! I have complained in person & the salesperson informed me they did address it with management but instead of it being easier to ask for help they add an extra measure. Why does Mweb not want their customers to get to the call centre to resolve a problem that warranted a phone call. The process is impossible to complete while driving between appointments as so much typing is required. There is no customer service at Mweb becasue we are prevented from getting help.
