No customer service

Good evening.

Fibre was installed at 10 Spreeu Street, Eden, George in January this year. 10 days we received an sms that the voip number was ported. Plug phone in and it should work. It does not work.

Yesterday I was on hold for an hour and a half as caller number 2. Then you closed your offices because after I was cut off an automatic voice said we are unable to take your call phone back later.

Today I phoned and am caller number one for the last 30min and counting. Really how is this possible. It's not possible. There is no other way to contact you.

Your service is really really bad. Unfortunately openserve has the best package at the moment and we want tot keep our mweb email address.

I can't believe that you are still in business.

Now 40min as caller number one in line.
