No customer service

Ever since their outage that happened yesterday I still don’t have internet. When I call them no answer I hold till airtime finished. Their live chat no response the auto messages keeps on saying be patient. Been patient since yesterday. I want to if I need help what should I do?

Our wifi is giving us issues, the LOS button is flashing red. I checked with the link that I got from you. It’s says the problem it’s resolved and also and sms telling me it’s resolved I have to reboot. I have rebooted but still the same.

Now they even send me email about increase but they are failing to give me a service that I pay for.

What should I do now to get help?
