No Customer Service

I regret not checking reviews from here first, after an emotional rollercoaster I decided to come here then I saw the ratings. I feel like why didn't anyone warn me, I still can't reach Mweb, been trying for months. They don't respond to nothing, no Whats App No live Chats, I was caller number 17 for 15 mins. I spent about R50 holding and still I didn't get through I'm now trying to cancel this abusive relationship with zero communication or what's so ever but not how do I cancel or terminate the service, please please help

It's not that they have bad customer service, they just don't have it. They saving money by not employing people then we suffer to make them rich.
