No customer service

Absolutely pathetic service. Mweb canceled my lte router as they could not provide a service after only two months. I have had endless problems with them. They are now holding me liable for payment of the router or expect me to pay to have it returned to them. I would not advise anyone to use there services, they are truley pathetic and offer zero customer services.
