No contact information to report a death!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! There is no email address at all for someone to get in contact with. I would like to report my parents death, and all I get from their site is log in. I DO NOT have the account details, I Cannot sign in to email or get the details, and phoning the number is useless... PLEASE HOLD for hours so we can waste your time. Please get in touch with me ASAP
