NO CONTACT FROM MWEB

I have been trying to contact MWeb for weeks. Phoning is a nightmare and going onto the web site does not help. I have a few queries and NO ONE comes back to me. I am thinking of cancelling everything. Please proof me wrong. Or give me a way of contacting this company
