No contact after days of query, disconnect you after 30 minutes of holding the line
I ordered LTE online, ages ago, and have received no feedback, no delivery time, nothing. On trying to contact them I got placed on hold for ages, then disconnected.
3 times... then when I finally got through to someone, they took my ID number, and name, transferred me to another department, at which point I was on hold another 10 minutes, then got an automated "please try again later"...
