No connectivity despite frequent calls to Mweb to make sure I stay connected

I am a new customer. Tried my best to ensure I stay connected. My line was activiated with the Openserve 30 day free connectivity. Now 29 September 2024 at aroundv17h34 my internet connectivity stopped. There is connection but without Internet which tells me my Mweb account is not active hence no connectivity.

Why is it so difficult for Mweb to render a basic ISP service. And referring to the reviews it seems Mweb is also ******** to the fact that there are so many customers unhappy with Mweb's service.
