NO CONNECTIVITY

Good day, I have paid my account on the 11th of May to date I still have not received any feedback when I had call for my installation which took a whole week, the amount of time I had to wait to connect with someone for assistance is ridiculous, waiting an hour for assistance for me to young is pathetic I have had not one problem for the years I am with you but when I moved the problems just more because you cannot get hold of someone to follow up. The WhatsApp line cannot do much because there is not of choices to choose from for the help needed. So I would like to know another debt order is due and still no connection please advise what will be happening with the money already paid another debit order paying for a service not rendered.
