No connectivity

I joined Mweb earlier this year, and from the get go the connectivity has been expectional poor. I have logged several queries and at one stage was assisted by their IT technician (Eugene - very friendly chap) but the situation has not changed much, For the pass 2 weeks or so, it just isnt any connection and I'm unable to log onto the app to conduct speed test and forward it MWEB because I'm just not connected. Please can this be looked at URGENTLY because I'm spending hundreds of rands on data and I'm forced to work from the office as there is never stable connectivity. PLEASE assist
