No connectivity

Haven't had connectivity since Tuesday at 10 am , called the customer service line , stayed on hold for hours, On Wednesday called again , stayed on hold for over 30 minutes until an agent attended to me. Query not resolved to date. As a person who works remotely this is an inconvenience. I've logged a query on the App , I've tried a conversation on Facebook, even on comments. To no rescue.... I'm disappointed. There is no outage in my area. Can I be assisted
