No connection no update pathetic service

Poor service and *********** agent I called in on 6June just after 12:30pm reporting that I was disconnected and no service light on the vumatel box. First agent I spoke to was rude and told me to wait up to 6 working days for this issue to be resolved. This morning around 11:50am I spoke to another more *********** agent by the name Gekernans who then tells me the issue is resolved. I called vumatel and only to be told that the issue was never resolved as the last update was given last night at 10pm as unresolved. I have lost my work time half a day yesterday and today. Mweb agents telling me to make plans and wait 6 days… pathetic service ever
