No connection

Have been trying to call their Technical Support from Monday to date I have not received any feedback outside of a reference number from their mobile app. I have been wothout an internet connection from Saturday 11 February. Either they dont care or they are aware of the issue and are afraid to inform their customers. Worst service ever.
